The administrative fees of the Centre and the Proceeding fees are as follows:

b.    As stated in Rule 21 of the Rules, the Complainant must, within five (5) Working days from its submission of the Complaint to the Centre, pay the Fees for the single member Panel or three member Panel, whichever is applicable, failing which, the Complaint will be considered withdrawn.

 

c.     As stated in Rule 21.2 of the Rules, where the Respondent chooses a three-member Panel, the Respondent must pay for half (1/2) the Fees for the three member Panel no later than the end of the fifteen (15) Working days stated in Rule 6.1 of the Rules, failing which, the Respondent's choice of a three-member Panel will be considered withdrawn and the Proceeding will be heard by a single member Panel.

 

d.     Exceptional Circumstances
As stated in Rule 21.7 of the Rules, in exceptional circumstances (for example, in the event an in-person hearing is held), the Panel may require the Parties to pay additional fees, which shall be established by agreement of the Parties and the Director of the Centre for the Panel.

 

e.     Refundable Fees and non Refundable Fees
In the event of withdrawal or other termination of a Proceeding prior to the appointment of a Panel, the Centre shall refund the Proceeding fees to the Parties submitting them, within seven (7) Working days from the date the Proceeding is withdrawn, except that it shall retain the administrative fees.  No refund will be made whatsoever once a Panel has been appointed.

All bank charges, transfer fees or other amounts that may be levied in connection with payment made to the Centre shall be the responsibility of the Party making the payment. Kindly note that all payments made to the Centre are pending official clearance by the relevant bank.
