Parties who may wish to make use of the arbitration services and facilities provided by the Centre should make a written request to the Director of the Centre at this address:

In their request, parties have to state, among other things, that they have entered into an agreement to refer their disputes and differences for settlement by arbitration under the auspices and rules of the Centre.
