In preparation for filing of complaints or responses, parties are advised to consult the MYDRP Rules, Supplemental Rules, MYDRP Policy, Schedule of Fees and the Process Flowchart. Parties are required to fill in the necessary forms, which are all available for download here. The forms are laid out according to the process flow.

 

All communication between parties and Provider must be submitted in hard copy and in electronic form to the Domain Name Case Administrators at:

Complaints
For submission of complaint:

Please fill the Form A - Complaint in Accordance with the MYNIC's (.my) Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (This form is attached to Complaint Transmittal Coversheet).

 

Complaint Notifications
If the complaint satisfies the formal requirements of the Policy, Rules and Supplemental Rules:

If the Complainant chooses a Single Panellist, the Provider will send out the Complaint Notification Instructions for Single Panellist to the Parties.

If the Complainant chooses a Three-member Panel, the Provider will send out the Complaint Notification Instructions for Three-member Panel to the Parties.

 

Responses
For submission of response within fifteen (15) working days from the date the Proceeding commences:

Payment of Fees
If there is no dispute over the number of Panellists:

The Provider will send out a notification on the method of communication to the Parties and Panel in this format: Method of Communication Notification - Appointment of Panellist(s). 

 

Proceedings
Once the Panel is appointed:

The Panellist(s) will receive notification of submission of documents and evidence in this format: Transmission Case File (TCF).

The Provider will send out a notification on the method of communication to the Parties and Panel in this format: Method Notification of Comm to Pnl (TCF).

     

If any Court action or arbitration proceedings are initiated before or during a Proceeding in respect of the domain name(s):

If the Panel decides to suspend the proceeding, please fill Form I - Suspension of Proceeding by the Panel.

If the case is withdrawn, please fill Form G - Notification of Termination of Proceeding by the Panel. Form G has be send together with the Communication of Termination of Proceeding by the Panel.

The Parties and Panel will receive notification on the termination of the proceeding in this format: Form F - Notification of Termination of Proceeding by the Provider.

If there is a need to request for further statements from either/both Parties, or to conduct in-person hearings:
