What are the fees for a hearing?
For a single domain name, the hearing fees for a single-member Panel is RM2,500, whereas the hearing fees for a three-member Panel is RM5000. (Please refer to the Fees Schedule).

Who bears the costs of the hearing fees?
The Complainant, except where the Complainant originally chooses a single-member Panel but the Respondent chooses a three-member Panel instead. In such cases, the Respondent must pay half the hearing fees for the three-member Panel.

If I withdraw from the Proceeding, will I receive a full refund of any fees I had paid?
Rule 21.5 of MYDRP's Rules states that if the Complainant withdraws a Proceeding before a Panel is appointed, the Provider retains the administrative fee, while the Complainant and Respondent will receive a refund of the Proceeding fees paid. Refunds will not be made once a Panel has been appointed.
