With the growing importance of intellectual property in the arena of Information and Communications Technology, domain names have become important assets. Drawing on its experience in neutral and efficient arbitration and mediation, KLRCA is now offering domain name dispute resolution services. The services cover the .my country code top-level domain; other domains are handled by different organisations.

The Centre has been appointed the .my domain name dispute resolution service provider by the Malaysian Network Information Centre (MYNIC), which administers the .my domain. All domain name disputes are governed and administered in accordance with MYNIC's Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (MYDRP), Rules of the MYDRP and RCAKL Supplemental Rules.
