PANEL REQUIREMENTS FOR INCLUSION ON RCAKL MYNIC`S DOMAIN NAME DISPUTE RESOLUTION SERVICE PROVIDER PANELLISTS

A person who is interested to be included into the Centre's MYDRP list of Panel shall have the following criteria:

• Have sufficient knowledge and experience in the areas of intellectual property law, information and communications technology, electronic commerce, the internet and domain names;
• Have sufficient experience in the area of dispute resolution;

A Panellist shall have a tenure ship of two years and is required to renew his/her tenure ship before the end of the two years.  All Panellists are required from time to time to attend briefings/refresher course conducted/organised by the Centre.  Panellists are also required to keep abreast of latest development in domain names dispute by attending a seminar/refresher seminar/workshop etc. regarding domain names dispute resolution process organised by any established arbitral institutions locally or abroad.
